Team forgot to clip back the engine oil filter. Car made a terrible grinding noise after leaving until the next day when my husband was able to go under hood and fix it. I understand mistakes happen but this is the second visit that the filter was not put back properly causing the loud engine noise. I appreciate the fast service, but if quality does not match it doesn't mean much.

A tire rotation was recommended and added to my invoice. When the tire rotation tech looked at my tires he advised me that the tread looked good and that a rotation was not indicated at this time, and $29.99 was deducted from the invoice. While, in the short term, this caused the loss of some revenue, in the long term it greatly increased my trust in this store and turned me into a customer who will return. That's called "great customer service".
