Stopped in for an oil change and there was a car ahead of me, but Isaiah was super proactive and while I was waiting did my light check, before I even got in the bay. Once in the bay, John was the service rep and he was super helpful! He informed me of all the services they offer, but with a tone of seeking to educate rather than upsell, which actually made me want to come back for some of the additional services they offer. He was super amiable, and the other shop techs were also respectful in their interactions with him. I left with fresh oil in my car and a smile on my face!
