I live on old forest rd an I was a lot dissatisfied with the customer service there but the Maneger came out a make it more than rite! But my next one I decided not to go back to that one an I’m glad I went to Timberlake Selen was amazing the customer between her a the gentleman was more than acceptable! That is going to be my oil place from now on! I will drive for great customer service

They did not screw my skid plate back and we almost had an accident on 81 going 75!!!!!! I called and they are supposed to order a new one and call me. Time before last they put the incorrect mileage in and I had to fight my warranty people because of it.

I have a Honda CRV touring edition, which has some unique computer settings. Two people helped to find the information that they needed. They were extremely courteous and helpful. When they noticed that this was an unusual setting, they thought help and were able to troubleshoot it successfully.

I was satisfied because the lady that assisted me through the oil change was very professional and informative. There was no pressure to upgrade to anything but she made me aware of my options. The gentleman that showed me the oil levels once the change was completed was informative and professional as well. He also guided my car out after the oil change was complete. He smiled and waived as I left. Every time I've been to the Forest location I have been impressed by the exceptional customer service and knowledge the employees have.
