Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I really like Valvoline, even before I moved to Manasas 3 years ago I had to come to this location once and it was great, but my oil is now leaking and its because the oil pan is rusted all to hell, like literally front to back-left to right.... you guys didnt see that while changing my oil a month back? Like that amount of rust did not happen overnight.... so I think they could do a little bit better job with conveying those types of things to the customers because on a normal day I can't get under there to look at it, but someone was there and should have been like "ummmm so a little bit of a concern" or something. I STILL LIKE YOU GUYS THO!!!! Y'ALL ARE AMAZING IN EVERY WAY AND YOU GUYS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SO SWEET TO ME <3

I get my oil changed here all the time I love to do my oil change of valve line and I love that they always helped me out. Let me know what I need to get done but honestly, I bought a battery there this last year and it was the worst experience ever. I didn’t even have the battery for a full six months to a year when I had to replace it it ended up being a different issue, but after the replacement even then like six months later, my battery is dead and they are refusing to replace it. I will never again be getting a battery from Valvoline. It has been the worst experience even when I was replacing the original battery they didn’t want to replace it for me and I had to wait for forever to figure that out. I’d like to think the Valvoline didn’t give me a dead battery from the beginning, But the customer service has been awful. I’ve been coming here for years and they did not resolve my issue. The batteries from valve line are at 100% not worth it. Get one somewhere else do everything that you need for your car somewhere else I guarantee that you will have a terrible experience at some point. I have been coming here for years and I’ve been loyal to Valvoline and I no longer will be loyal to them, especially not ever coming back for a battery. Also reading other reviews makes me know that I am not the only one with this issue. I would say go to Valvoline only for an oil change, but at this point, I would not risk it anymore to anyone thinking about going to Valvoline. Please read the reviews don’t risk anything other than an oil change and even then Consider going somewhere else For your own sake, and remember these Guys are not mechanics and a real mechanic will tell you that and will tell you don’t go to Valvoline again I learned my lesson And I hope no one else has a bad experience and they improve their quality and service
