I was greeted as soon as I arrived and taken into an open bay. Tech told me I was a bit too early on mileage but past the time for an oil change. That is honest customer service! I explained that I take extra care to keep the oil fresh and clean as it is a 2006 Cadillac with only 60K miles on it. He understood and proceeded with great service.
