I have had the experience going there for my oil change. I will go back for the transmission flush. The only thing I didn't love was that there was a lady on the right hand side of my vehicle and she was kind of staring at me and my daughter through our window. We normally get some fast food and then go to our oil change in case it takes long we have something to eat while we're there we were eating our McDonald's and she was staring at us the entire time making us slightly uncomfortable

The guys were extremely professional and the guy waiting on me (I forgot his name) offered me windshield wiper replacements. When I declined, he fished one out of the trash that was barely used by another fleet account and installed it for me for free.

I came in for an oil change. When I was told my price I was very confused because I'd never pay that much. I asked why it was so much and I was informed they put a new air filter in it was never communicated to me for an air filter nor did I approve an air filter getting put in my car. When I brought it up to the manager he said it must have been a miscommunication although nothing was ever communicated to me I have came to you guys multiple times with my other vehicles which have an internal air filter. I believe I was taking advantage of due to my Kia Sedona having an external air filter underneath the hood. I always use Valvoline but I will not be coming back to that location due to the trust that was broken I was made to pay for something I did not request or approve on my car
