The manager Emery spoke to me about my car and stated that a nail was in my tire. I asked him if he would take a 1.5 hour drive with it and he said no and directed me to a tire place. I went to the tire place and they fixed my tire and informed me it was a good thing I came because I would have experienced a blow out. Emery's attention to the tire saved me a wreck or worse. Please provide him with a star rating!

The technician could not explain why this time the oil was removed from the bottom and last time from the top? Had to inquire about tire pressure being checked when the invoice said it was done but I didn’t see them do it. It had not been done.Pricing for various services are not posted in the shop or on-line.

One of my tires was low when I puled into the bay. I asked if they check air pressure. They stated they did and would. They didn't until I reminded them after they began to direct me out of the bay...They noted that their battery meter indicated my battery was at 92% and should be replaced. I declined before any cost was mentioned.They indicated that my air filter needed replacing. Again, no mention of 'We can do it for $x..."Mostly though, 3 days later I now have an oil leak which I have NEVER had on this truck so I now have to return and have them reset or tighten the drain plug and top of any oil I may have lost. Previously I was always pleased with the service/s I received at this location. This time? Not so much. There are many places that can change my oil. They need to do better if they want return customers.
