The employees I spoke with were friendly and helpful. My problem was with the manager.
I felt like I was misled several times:
1. The manager asked if he could replace my cabin air filter. He told me it would cost only a little more than buying one myself at an auto parts store. I agreed. After he installed it, he told me it would cost $60. I had him take it back out. I later bought the same type of filter on Amazon for about $10* That is nowhere close to "a little more."
2. He told me cabin air filters normally last about two years. I told him this same shop replaced mine only five months earlier. After checking their records, he said I must drive in "really dirty places." That explanation did not make sense to me.
3. He also told me my air filter was starting to grow mold. After I removed it myself, I looked it over carefully and did not see any mold.
Based on my experience, I would be very careful about accepting recommendations from the manager. The regular employees were polite and professional, but I left feeling like I could not trust what I was being told.

I had my Jeep serviced here on 7/17/26. It was 6:30 pm and I knew they closed at 7:00 pm. So I was afraid they wouldn’t take me or have an attitude with it being close to closing. When I tell you these young men greeted me with smiles and waved me in. Let’s talk about their enthusiasm! I was like you guys are so excited is it because it’s Friday and you want to go home? They laughed and said no we’re about to break our record for the most oil changes. You don’t find a lot of young people who work hard and truly care like these young men. They care about their customers and the business! I will definitely be back to this specific location because of them! Thanks guys! See you soon!

Clear, simple, and rapid instruction as soon as I pulled in. They took the VIN off my vehicle, selected the correct synthetic oil needed and immediately got to work. Each person was specialized in their action and demonstrated thorough knowledge of their task. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, with labor, materials, and care/inspection itemized into one sheet of paper.
