I was waiting to be told which bay to go in. Another customer drove up after I had been waiting for about 15 minutes. I was in front of bay 2 and this person was in front of bay 3. The customer drove out of bay 3 and the person who drove up after I had been waiting was waved into the open bay. This is poor customer service. Your company should have a way to determine who has been waiting the longest and they should be the next in line when a bay opens. Now I confronted the manager (Gene) and he was apologetic and he gave me a 20% discount and $15 coupon, which was much appreciated. Once in the bay, he expedited my service, which again was appreciated.

I asked about checking my transmission fluid level and was told they can’t do it, the plug is hard to get to. Well he has to access this to do a transmission flush which he said he could do. I would pay a fee to do this but not a transmission flush.
