This was the worst experience my husband and I ever had. They are supposed to check tires, battery, filters we had to ask for them to do their job! They lost the screws to out filter and lied and said all 4 were in we pulled up and checked and it was a lie one worker came up apologizing and had us pull back in and put a different screw that didn't even fit the hole correctly. We watched them do a horrible job. How does it take over 4 employees to do this? The copy of pay it says service you can see. Experts you can trust we CAN'T trust dishonest employees. We clearly saw you not do your job RIGHT! DON'T BRING YOUR VEHICLE'S HERE. DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST 118$ to another trashy place in PORTSMOUTH

They keep giving me excuses either they are short staffed, a mechanic didn’t show or some other lame excuse my I can’t get my oil changed. I’m still trying to get an oil change. Poor customer service
