I have a new model Ranger, the oil filter is a PITA due to being being the fender skirt on driver side. The Mgr had a new staff, he took charge , guided the new folks and showed them how to get to my filter. He put new body panel clips in the fender skirt ,I love Valvoline and I’ll never go back to a Tale 5, EVER!

The manager, Kahlil, was so helpful. He discovered a leak and suggested I only add oil this time because I had only driven less the 1000 miles since my last oil change and then get the leak repaired. He could have just done the oil change, which I did but need, and sent me on my way. I appreciate his honesty and integrity. I am a loyal customer for life. I have already told everyone to go there because they can be trusted and wrote a 5 Star Yelp review.

I used a Groupon code to get my oil change which covered the oil change. After scanning my Groupon purchase, I still had to pay an additional $4.41 after paying with my Groupon. Did not receive explanation as to why I had to pay it but I figured it out after receiving my receipt that because I was low on oil, I needed to pay for an additional quart of oil. I just wish it was explained to me before I was charged.
