Kind, patient and knowledgeable and I very very much appreciated that he asked for my permission before reaching into my vehicle to reset my maintenance light on the dashboard or before opening my car door to scan my VIN! 100/10 will be coming back to the Frederick Blvd location in portsmouth. David was also helpful in getting me a new engine filter at a great price without any pressure!

Marquis was extremely helpful and polite in his services. I feel like he went above and beyond in reaching out to the dealership to try to find out the oil needed for the differential I attempted to get, unfortunately it is not yet available. That being said both he and Sade were kind and courteous throughout my experience. While I did not speak with Keion personally I anticipate his work was also stellar. They appear to be a great team & I thoroughly appreciate their prompt work on my vehicle today!
