The service tech Juston was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with assessing my explanation of what the car was doing. He recommended rotating and balancing the tires and explained why it would help and the cost. I agreed but upon replacing the tires he explained the lug nuts were deteriorating badly. He did offer to put them back ok if I wanted but also explained the cost of breaking them off during future service vs replacing now. He offered to go next door to the auto part store with me to pickup replacement lugnuts so I would be sure to get the correct pieces and placed them back on for no additional fee. He explained every step of the way and couldn't have been more patient. He will be the reason I return to this location.
