2.0 out of 5.0

It took over 75 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. That's how long my car was actively being worked on. The tire rotation took almost 45 minutes of one guy struggling to get it done while 3-4 other people stood around and watched. Someone has to step in and help the guy out, he might be new which is fine, I get learning curves. But when there are people standing around just watching and not helping or showing him what to do, that's a problem. I have been here multiple times for oil change and rotation, always in and out in about 30 minutes. 75 minutes, when there are people just standing around isn't acceptable.
