The service was quick. I was also requesting a wheel alignment and was advised that it was not done there. The young man I spoke to gave me some places I can look into and even advised about a laser type of service, which I did find. He was really helpful! Unfortunately, I was only visiting family. But the experience was professional.

I had to return a second time because the first time they did not have my oil and said they could put a different oil one time and it wouldn't be "that bad" as long as I changed it back the next time. I rely heavily on my vehicle and can't afford to mess it up. I prefer to use the oil that is recommended. The 2nd time back they were relatively courteous but barely. They did not reset my oil change light or check my tires or anything else, despite having indicated on the receipt that they did.
