Josef is always so friendly and pleasant. And he makes me feel comfortable when he asks is it ok for him to reach inside the car to reset the oil light or open the door to get the VIN number and check the filter. He recommends service I may need but never makes me feel pressured to get it done right then. Josef chats with me and makes me laugh, when he's not helping another customer, which makes the wait enjoyable. But there's not much of a wait anyway because they're so fast and efficient. I think I was there for about 20 minutes or less! I recommend this Valvoline and I will be a returning customer.
