I first called to ask if they supplied the filter for my car and was met with the nicest lady who actually had a team member lay eyes on it before i came! I had an experience last year with a different valvoline where i drove all the way there and they ended up not having it despite telling me they did, so i really appreciated this & the reassurance she gave me! Then the technician was very nice and knowledgeable and did not make me feel pressured to buy anything extra. It was done super quick and I’m so glad i came here and not to my overpriced dealer.

Everyone was super nice. The manager was extremely courteous and helpful. I indicated i wanted a cabin filter changed but that the glove box handle was broken. He offered to try anyway and was able to get it open and even removed the whole glove box for me at my request. He said that if we got a new glovebox he would be happy to show us how to install it if we came back. I really appreciate the above and beyond customer service.
