Was told by multiple of your employees the day before that for state inspections it was first come, first serve. I also asked them if I would have to wait behind a queue for people who dropped their vehicle off. They assured me it was first come, first serve. I showed at 645 even though you open at 730 so I could be first and I was. I know that state inspections take a half hour. I pulled my truck into the bay, but the staff immediately pulled it out again around back and it sat there until after 1000 with no communication. You do great work, but it seems your business doesn't have a protocol on how you handle people with state inspections. You also have poor communication skills. Everyone else sitting in the waiting room were there for the same thing. Your service was poor and inconsiderate. With all the state inspection horror stories I'm reading about you it seems you really don't want this business. If you don't you should stop doing it

I hate to leave a bad review, but like a lot of people have said, you just simply can’t get in and out here or even just trust what that the time they give you for something will actually be the time it takes—at least for an inspection. I showed up a few minutes after opening at 7:30. Was told I was third in line and that it would be around an hour until I was up and that the actual inspection would be about 20-30 minutes.
At 10:00 I had to give up. I went over to the empty bay and asked if I was next and somehow I was not—there was still at least one car before me.
I wasted a whole morning for nothing. I am glad I finally decided to ask instead of just waiting or else I would likely spent 3 hours instead of the two waiting. The only redeemable thing is that the inspector seemed like a nice guy and did apologize.
