Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Pulled up, bell rang. State inspector looked up and then continued to do his inspection. Sat there for another 10 minutes with nobody coming to see what I needed. I finally pull into a parking space and go inside as another vehicle is pulling in and someone immediately rushes to greet them. I have been inside waiting for about 10 minutes now, both an employee coming out of the bathroom and the manager on the phone were just inside, but no one has acknowledged that I am here, I will update this review if I ever get service. **Update** Finally decided to walk out into the actual garage area, someone putting air in tires walked by me several times didn't even acknowledge that I was there. State inspector finally came and asked what I needed, I told him I needed four tires mounted and balanced, he said he would go see what they could do. Continued to wait. Someone, who I assume was the manager, was walking around on the phone complaining to somebody about how sales were down because of the snow the past couple of weeks, here I am trying to give them free money as tire mounting and balancing costs them nothing but labor time. I waited a few more minutes before getting in my car and leaving. I never thought I'd say this, but I wish the location was still a TLC. I can't recommend anyone going to this location. There's a jiffy lube a couple miles up Peters Creek, go there and ask for Brian, he'll take care of you.

Very thoughtful employees. They were very kind to me and tried to save me money. My car was really doing bad and they did everything that they could to try to remedy my problem. Even though nothing they did worked they tried everything for me.
