We had two cars in front of us when we arrived and by the time our car was serviced, it had been close to 2 hours of wait time. Staff was talking about personal issues and standing around instead of working. The girl Lauren forgot to put air in our tires until we had to ask. We also noticed they didn't top off any of our fluids with our oil change. We were almost completely out of one of our fluids. We had to ask for the sticker from the oil change.This place was so unprofessional and seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. Absolutely horrible service.
