I had to wait 35 min in line to get my service. Seems they were doing tire rotation on truck I was behind. They moved me to 2nd line where they seemed to be having trouble servicing vehicle. Had to listen to 2 female techs talk about their periods and going on the pill...didnt care to hear that.

Staff was very efficient and friendly. The day I came the systems were down due to the global IT issue. They handled the situation very professionally. It was very fast and convenient. Unfortunately my dealership is about 15 dollars cheaper to do my oil change. But the ease of being able to get it done without much wait and appointments might have me returning.
