Great service experience!

I should have learned from my first visit to not go back to this location. I am not negatively reviewing the company. I am negatively reviewing the employees. Went there to get an inspection and was the third person lined up and explained that to the female employee who came and asked “how can I help you?” Even after she asked me “do you know the order of who came in” - my vehicle was inspected after the two vehicles that came after me were completed. Another young lady working there explained to me that the vehicles are listed on a board of the order in which the vehicles arrived. Maybe the way they have cars lined up in the morning is not efficient or they choose whomever they want to service and wait for people to complain. Anyway, after my vehicle was inspected, I was told that my windshield wiper was torn and a part was loose under the vehicle so it would not pass inspection. After inspecting the vehicle to see the issue that was causing failed inspection, I became upset. The person with me looked at the windshield wiper and said there is nothing torn, to which the person inspecting the car kept pulling back at the wiper as to try and tear it. After realizing there was no tear, he then said, “oh I thought there was a tear.” So did you see a tear or look carefully? Then as we looked under the car to see the loose part, it was barely loose. The person with me asked ok how much is it to fix the loose part? The female employee went inside to get an estimate, came back out and showed us the estimate for $200. $60-70 for the part and about $117 for labor plus tax. The person with me said no, give us back our vehicle. They slapped the failed inspection sticker on the car and we left. We went to an auto part store, purchased the same part for $30 and replaced the part ourselves. End of the story, I went back two days later and passed inspection. I really feel like you have to watch them while they are inspecting your vehicle. It really made me upset how the order in which you bring your car in is not acknowledged since it’s first come first serve. Pay better attention to your customers because without them, this location won’t exist just like any other business. Secondly, the fact that you are inspecting vehicles in which you are certified to do and right in front of me and the person I was with, you are forcibly pulling back my wipers - (btw they were wipers only on the car for 5 months). Take my review as you want, it’s my opinion on my experience. Got bit twice but thankfully didn’t have to fork over any money to this place except my $21 x 2.
