I live in Pennsylvania, but work frequently in Stafford County. I purposefully wait to get oil changes until I am in the Stafford area. The staff at this Valvoline is excellent. I refuse to go to the Valvoline in my hometown. These guys are terrific. This time, I went on a Thursday night close to the closing time and they did not have the oil filter I needed, but offered to get it in the morning. I went back, as planned and had the oil changed the next day. Can't say enough good about this shop.

Come up with a system where if I am there first I get served first. As I was waiting after pulling in both bays were occupied with 1 car outside behind each of the 2 Bay doors. As I pull up a car pulls out and the car behind that bay pulled in. Leaving one open lane outside so I pulled into it. I then sat there and watched one car pull out, another pull in. At this point another car pulled up beside me at the other bay. I then waited and the other bay emptied and the car that arrived after me is now getting serviced while I am still left waiting for another 5-10 minutes before I am pulled in to get service . I thought that was poor customer service and it kind of ruined any 5 stars you want from me. In fact I am thinking I should have scored the visit lower.
