Steve and his crew were incredibly professional, kind and respectful. I did not feel upsold or disrespected at all at any point and they explained everything to me very clearly. I really appreciate the help they gave me with my vehicle and I will definitely be going to them again!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I was pressured into an unnecessary oil system cleaner after being told it’s required every 15,000 miles, despite only coming in for a routine oil change. A licensed mechanic later informed me that this service was not needed at all and can even cause engine complications. My car clearly did not need this, and I feel like I was taken advantage of when all I wanted was to take proper care of my vehicle. The employee also tried to convince me to purchase a transmission service. I declined, yet he continued to push it, even though my car has only about 20,000 miles on it. He claimed I would “need it” at 25,000 miles — which is not accurate. When I mentioned I’d be visiting another Valvoline in a different state, he told me he had “heard bad things” about locations in that state, which felt unprofessional and intended to pressure me further. This location prioritized upselling over honesty and proper customer care. The lack of transparency and the potential impact on my vehicle are unacceptable. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any additional services here.

I always have a great experience with this crew. They clearly explain any issues and comparisons between different products. They keep the line running quickly and are really friendly. Pro-tip: You can always Google for a coupon because Valvoline has a ton of those!
