Initially went to Jiffy Lube and they assumed what we wanted. Not until my husband inquired were we told they only had synthetic old ..,much more expensive. We cancelled and ended up at Valvoline where we were greeted by Ali. He explained everything before the service began, was very professional and pleasant. Thanks for a great experience and you will be getting our business from now on. Ali needs to be cloned and given a raise. He was absolutely amazing. Thanks again.

I’ve gone to Valvoline quite often but this was my worst experience. I spent over $200 and I did not even get my tire pressure checked the next day. I had to fill all of my tires. Off, the following day I was on a road trip and the plastic protection under my car for the oil pan fell off and was dragging along the highway. I had to pull off the highway. Find a local mechanic who identified that two of the screws were never returned and now the plastic panel is completely destroyed and in order for me to get it replaced I’d have to go back to my dealership. So not only did I spend $200 at Valvoline, I now have to go and buy another plastic protector for The undercarriage of my vehicle. Valvoline lost me as a customer.

And the worst thing was that I did a lot of procedures the penultimate time, and what was my surprise to know that I will have to do everything again because it was not put on my car’s record. AJ was such a nice and welcoming face. Fernando was assisting and did a great job. There was a car in front of me so AJ came to my car to greet me and let me know it would be a little while longer. I went in for an oil change and had that completed in no time. I did also need to get a new air filter and had my tires rotated, which he took the time to explain why and go over cost. AJ also took the time to show me the new filter before he put it in so I could see that it was new. I never felt pressured to purchase anything more, I added more services because of the trustworthy and efficient people I saw working.
