Each time I received an oil change, the staff were courteous and fast, and also explained known issues I was already experiencing with my truck. For example, during my last visit, my battery was tested and I was instructed that the battery could be replaced due to very low CCA and voltage. I appreciated that information before I go on my next camping adventure. The previous visit, I was informed the oil plug was aftermarket and not the best fit, that I was dripping oil from the plug. I replaced it on the spot, addressing a long standing issue of oil loss. I appreciate their honesty and dependable service. Other oil change facilities were no so open and honest with me. As long as I receive great service and honest feedback, I'll return to this facility. I like that I can get an oil change after a trip on i-81 on my way back home to Salem, VA. Thanks!

First Experience, Great Service but a little pricey for the oil change. Had a bulb out and when I got back to the hotel I was staying it wasn't working. Had to return to the location the next morning for them to fix the issue again which they did not put the bulb in completely but were happy to do the work again. Thank You

The entire crew was patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. However, James stood out among them all. He was personable, kind, and thorough. In addition, he followed up on a simple question I asked about the tire pressure in one of my tires. He paused to test the tire for a leak, found the leak, and plugged the tire! All because I asked one question. He is a leader and great example for others, obviously a man with a high work ethic & a genuine concern for helping people. The store was very busy, so all the crew could have been grouchy and harried. They were neither of those. Bravo!!

This was my first visit to this Valvoline location! Previously I had visited a valvoline in Monroeville, PA where I was highly UNsatisfied with practically everything. I recently moved to Virginia and my son-in-law urged me to give this Valvoline in Daleville a chance because he had a good experience there. He. Was. RIGHT! This was by far the BEST experience Iu2019ve had with ANY oil change facility anywhere!!! Sara and her team are amazing! They were kind, helpful, explained more to me about my car than anyone ever had, including the Jeep dealership where I purchased my vehicle new in 2021. I am a customer for life and plan on telling everyone about this gem!!!
