I came in for an oil change. The staff realize that I had a greater issue with the car. They advise me of what the issue was and what I needed to do essentially I needed to be towed so they allow me to wait in my car in the bay, the tow truck come they made me feel safe and assured that I was OK the time that I was waiting .
