I was traveling I-81 en route to SC for my mom's funeral when my check engine light came on. You can imagine how I was feeling. I exited at the Troutville exit and discovered this Valvoline station. All of these guys could not have been nicer or more helpful. All four of them checked a number of things and pulled the code for the check engine light. They asked questions and troubleshot and consulted with me on various potential factors. In the end, they figured out that I had a bad air sensor and, most importantly, assured me that I was safe to continue the remaining five hours of my drive. And after all that, they charged me nothing. I tried to at least compensate them for their time and they wouldn't have it. All of them were so nice and I could not be more grateful. Thank you, wonderful gentlemen!

I visit the troutville location and also the 460 location I love them both equally and all of the gentlemen are true gentlemen and take care of the elderly such as myself and I'm so thankful for all they do!!!

The overall experience was great. The lube techs were very helpful and friendly, my only concern as a customer was that the shop itself had no heat, so not only were the customer freezing cold while waiting for services but the techs were freezing as well.
