This was my first visit to this Valvoline location! Previously I had visited a valvoline in Monroeville, PA where I was highly UNsatisfied with practically everything. I recently moved to Virginia and my son-in-law urged me to give this Valvoline in Daleville a chance because he had a good experience there. He. Was. RIGHT! This was by far the BEST experience I’ve had with ANY oil change facility anywhere!!! Sara and her team are amazing! They were kind, helpful, explained more to me about my car than anyone ever had, including the Jeep dealership where I purchased my vehicle new in 2021. I am a customer for life and plan on telling everyone about this gem!!!
