you have been OUT OF OIL for my 7.3 L Ford Powerstroke diesel 2 out of 3 times that I have visited the location. An oil company that is consistently out of oil is simply unacceptable. I waste over an hour of my time each time that happens, sometimes multiple hours driving to and from the location.Exactly how hard is it to keep a high quality 15w-40 diesel oil in stock?Why not just exclude diesel services and save people from wasting time with you?I cannot describe the frustration I had a week or so ago. I walked up to the garage first, and asked if they had diesel oil on hand for my 7.3. The staff person walked around asking others, and came back and said yes.So I wait in line another 30 minutes, get in the garage, and they do not have 15w-40 in stock. They want me to use 5w-40. I show then the owners manual, specifically stating 15w40 is preferred by the factory. Why would I use anything else??????This is the closest location for me, and it is about an hours drive from home to your store, plus ezpass tolls on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge tunnel of more than $10.So go figure. why would I EVER go back to that store again???

Zaeyana was very friendly and answered my questions and/or explained things as we went along. She was due to be off, (heard someone tell her it was time for her to leave) but stayed until my services were finished. Said she would never just leave her customer until services complete - very professional of her! I've been to this location and the one on Witchduck - depends on where I am as to which location I go to. This was a great visit today!!

The team and manager were all super friendly, but definitely did not seem prepared in some areas. There were only a few cars ahead of me, but I sat in line for nearly 3 hours. By the time I got to the front, my battery had died (my fault). They grabbed some jump packs, but none were charged. They went above and beyond getting my truck pushed into the bay. There was also a lady who pulled up to a closed bay the same time as me. When they explained it was closed, they asked me to back up and let her in front of me. Seemed like an odd decision when we literally pulled up simultaneously and I parked in the correct line. It was frustrating and added about 30 minutes to my wait. The service seemed fine. Still more expensive that I would have preferred, but I needed my oil changed in a pinch. The staff was incredibly friendly.
