During my wife’s recent visit for an oil change with our 9-year-old daughter, they encountered multiple issues necessitating immediate attention.Firstly, an altercation between staff and a customer unfolded before my wife, with employees resorting to profanity, exposing our daughter to inappropriate language and behavior.Additionally, a mechanic informed my wife that threads came out with the drain plug, advising costly rethreading elsewhere. Notably, our previous visit in October 2023 was trouble-free, indicating an issue with the last oil change where the bolt was cross-threaded.Moreover, during the oil change, oil was spilled on the windshield, leaving stubborn stains impairing visibility.My wife felt uncomfortable addressing the staff due to their behavior, causing significant stress and undermining our trust in your services.We request a thorough investigation and appropriate actions to rectify these incidents, including covering the rethreading cost and cleaning the windshield. We also seek assurance of preventative measures and staff training.
