They left the skid plate unbolted! I drove away from shop and started hearing a metal scraping whenever I drove over a dip in the road. I pulled in a parking lot, looked under the front end, and saw the skid plate hanging down. I have pictures.

This was my first visit to Valvoline. I was a bit nervous as I typically take my vehicle to a nearby car repair shop. I refuse to go to Take5 or Jiffy Lube because I've heard stories about service people forgetting to put caps on things etc... Valvoline just seemed to be different. There was a line of cars waiting so I took that to be a good sign, too.My advisor (Bee) was especially helpful and informative when she learned it was my first visit. It's an OLD vehicle and I am picky about getting the tires checked regularly as well as the oil change. There were 2 men working on my car and I felt comfortable that they were being THOROUGH and were NOT rushing. I don't care about getting my oil changed in 5 minutes. I just want it done right.I will definitely be back. I own 2 other vehicles.
