The day I was there, it was extremely hot. Your entire staff was sweating, red faced and looked worn out. But they were able to provide excellent service and kept a positive attitude to the point that when I was done, I went to 7-Eleven purchase Slurpee’s for the entire staff and brought them back to them.

The other location on Virginia Beach Blvd employees have attitudes and harrass my wife, we now come here and have been completely satisfied and comfortable! You need to give this team a pay on the back and a raise they are representing valvoline well! I myself am in 7 states and deal with customer service as a staple for my organization! Customer service is the upmost importance and these guys have it! You’ve earned my business.
