After seeing cars that pulled up after me and left I knew something was wrong. So I asked and thatu2019s when I was informed that my oil pan was punctured and that they were trying to make a temporary fix and then put in a claim for it to be fixed. I was also assured that with the temporary fix that I shouldnu2019t have to worry about oil leaking. First of all, why wasnu2019t I told that something was wrong with my oil pan or that they accidentally pierced a whole? If I didnu2019t ask then I wouldu2019ve probably still been sitting there. SMH Anyways, when I went to drive my vehicle the next morning I stepped in a puddle of oil. The entire pan had apparently leaked out. It was ALOT of oil everywhere! I immediately called Valvoline support and only to find out that a claim wasnu2019t even placed yet. What a terrible experience and I will NEVER be going back unless my oil changes are free of course! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Theyu2019ve messed up too many cars.

The day I was there, it was extremely hot. Your entire staff was sweating, red faced and looked worn out. But they were able to provide excellent service and kept a positive attitude to the point that when I was done, I went to 7-Eleven purchase Slurpeeu2019s for the entire staff and brought them back to them.
