The staff was very kind and caring. They didn’t make me feel dumb about not knowing stuff about my car. They were curious when we got out of the vehicle for our tire rotation as well. They made sure they helped my daughter from the passenger side so she didn’t slip on the way to the waiting room. Very nice and clean facility as well. 10/10

The car that was next to me, had something done incorrectly. The driver pulled out and was gone for about 7 or 8 minutes and returned due to a warning light in her vehicle. When she pulled back in, there was oil pouring from her vehicle. That could have been a costly mistake and did make me second guess being there. Most of the crew looked completely clueless trying to figure out what was done wrong.
