Upon arrival, I Pulled into a lane and Jessy approached and greeted me. He told me which lane to switch to and that there would be a couple minutes to wait. I appreciated the welcome and professionalism. Once in the bay, Shon checked me in and took all of my information and escorted me to the customer waiting area. My vehicle was promptly being serviced and Shon, came in the waiting area and showed me air filter and oil plug with a very courteous explanation and asked if I would like them replaced. Once my vehicle was finished, I was escorted to my vehicle, paid for the service and was guided out of the bay. I appreciated the very professional staff. Keep up the great work.

It was pretty clear that the girl that was working on my car had some clarity about some of the things she was doing. I was asked if I wanted my air filter to be checked and it took a long time for them to do that and seemed like there was a bit of a struggle, when I went home and open the hood, there was one screw missing and another that was not correctly fastened .

The greeter who entered data and performed his check list showed me battery condition, air filter condition, tire pressures, tread depth, agreed not to add washer fluid since I use Rainex, we had a nice conversation about his upcoming training. The manager introduced himself, showed me a problem with the engine air filter cover stripped screws in the plastic. That was new (I check the filter myself), probably happened at the Gainsville VA Valvolene last change, I watched them torque down the cover, looked like they stripped the screws. Gainsville said tire rotation was free with oil change but they couldn’t do it because the lifts had a recall and couldn’t be used. Had to pay $35 this time.

The guy who ran my service (tried but I can't remember his name now) was fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, personable. Also the other techs all smiled at me as they provided the service. They even told me some things about my car that i didn't know (how to get to my a/c filter; that i needed new front tires). They also got me in and out very quickly. Given that I made the decision to get my oil changed while I was literally driving down the street (and needed to let my two dogs out), the fact that it only took a short time to do it was fantastic.
