Not sure why they didnt check the tire pressure - they did w the car next to me. I can't reset the maintenance codes on my car - I would have thought you did that or explained it. I've only had work done at Goodyear and Jiffy Lube so the in car experience was different - no one asked if I was new to you or explained anything

My visit to the Waynesboro location my normal spot didnu2019t work out so well. There was an issue with changing my oil because they didnu2019t have a working suction machine. I went to Charlottesville and they were able to complete. Itu2019s weird because they were able to pull, my skid plate where the other Shop was not either way always courteous staff at both locations

I was truly impressed at your bottom side tech his name is chayten. He was very professional and explained stuff to me the other tech named Jeremy? Which they said he was new was extremely rude and disrespectful. He put the wrong socket on and Chayten had to fix everything Jeremy was doing. Jeremy threw his hands up and started running his mouth. Chatter finished everything and when I spoke to him about what was going on he explained it to me and even showed me everything was ok and he was extremely pleasant. He will be the only reason I refer and come back. When Jeremy seen that Chayten was showing me everything , Jeremy threw his hands up and said Iu2019m about to quit this job and started running his mouth in front of me. I really couldnu2019t believe what I was seeing

Unfortunately, I visit Valvoline for my oil changes as recommended but Everytime I go there the staff has changed. I didn't recognize anyone from the last visit I made. Don't get me wrong the staff that worked on my vehicle were great. I was down a quart of oil and they topped off my radiator reservoir. I have trouble seeing the oil dipstick level they showed before and after the quart. I could see it than. Very helpful staff.

Employee showed where my battery was getting low, and recommended it be changed before cold weather comes. As I was bringing my husband home from rehab and would be housebound with him for a while, I opted to go ahead and change it now. Unfortunately, the battery they were putting in was too long, so they had to take it out and replace it with my old battery. Although we were in the bays, it was hot outside, and I spent an additional 45 min-1 hr for what might have been averted had they checked to see what size battery my car required.
