I'm very unhappy because I specifically asked that they check the taillights since I was told one was out, was told that they did, and that they were ok but when I checked them, my left tail light is out and we're going out of town today. Obviously, the service technician lied to me.

I went first to the location I normally use near Discount Tires and they were out of oil ! Really !!! They directed me to the other location where the guy said it would be a 30 minute wait although there was only 1 vehicle ahead of me. The two working with me seemed both nervous and unsure . I would not go back to this location.

I decided to try this location vs Take 5 to see if service was more courteous and efficient. I have struggled between the 2 competitors for various reasons eg. Cost, customer service, employee conduct. I was very pleased that u201cAveryu201d was very mature and answered questions I had in a personal way. He and the underground Lube tech werenu2019t graba$& and cutting up openly in front of customers as unfortunately the Valvoline near Target store in Waynesboro has done in the past. This location was thorough, quick, personable, and I used a Valvoline coupon to save me some $. Overall I was very satisfied.
