I know this is a convince service and I'm OK paying the price when I a rush. I also don't like being lied too. I had paid for my service and had a receipt before they even drained my oil. No checks had been completed, but on my receipt everything checked OK. My washer fluid light was on but my receipt checked it was OK. I was also under the assumption that was a fluid that was topped off or even up charged again for the convince. Also figuired first customer of the day I would get the best service. I have been a few times now to this location and I am truly not happy with the quality of the service for the value. Again not complaining of the price since it is very convient. I also expect for 130.00 a little more.

I was disappointed because of the unexplained shuffling of my spot in line and the extended wait. When I pulled up, I was next in line and they asked me to move over to the next line. No problem, I complied. Someone quickly pulled into the space I was in. I thought must be to keep the line moving, but then when the car in front of me pulled away, they asked me to switch lanes again with another customer. The attendant said "This won't change your service time." We awkwardly switched places, but I was confused. I watched three cars (including the guy I switched with) that had arrived after me get serviced while I waited. I ended up waiting almost an hour to be serviced when I originally pulled up directly behind a car in the bay. I am sure they had their reasons but I go to Valvoline when I can be the next in line otherwise I wait and go another time. If there was no shuffling I certainly understand that sometimes other cars are getting additional services. The shuffling with no explanation and the added wait this last visit was disappointing to say the least.

With the heat wave going on, I got lucky and rolled in to the shop as the only customer at that moment. The team came out and within a matter of minutes, my oil was changed, fluids checked, and I hardly had time to get my wallet out. I imagine this is what NASCAR drivers feel like at a pit stop.
