I was concerned that the equiptment was not working correctly. They had to drain new oil to determine in the right amount was put in.I get full synthetic oil and they continue to give me a sticker that says come back at 3000 miles. The whole reason to get synthetic is it last longer. They said this the company policy. I think its a scam. If i have to come back it 3000k then i should just pay and get regular oil.

I have been there twice in the last 2 months with the expectation of having my tires rotated. Only one bay is working and it was the one I didnu2019t choose. In other words, one bay is inoperable to rotate tire due to a broken lift. I do not understand why this problem persists. I am now looking for alternatives to have a full service provider because this store has not corrected a problem that impacts their ability to perform the posted services.
