We had to wait almost an hour. There were 2 employees and 1 manager. The manager had to do all the oil changes below. Then he had to come out and run the bill. They said several people called off. There were 7 or 8 cars waiting when i was there. If i wasnu2019t boxed in i would have gone somewhere else.

This was my 3rd time visiting this location and Valvoline after being a jiffy lube customer. 1st 2 were excellent. This time watching the tire rotation they were only moving the front tires to the back and vica-versa on the same side. I stopped and mentioned they should be crisscross. Was told that is how they do it. They did crisscross as is recommended from manufacturer. Was not asked to start my vehicle and have my oil checked. Questioned employee that I did not see anyone pull my lipstick out and check. He looked a little confused. No one checked my lights, turn signals not brake lights as was done on my previous 2 visits.
