I won’t be taking my car anywhere else for basic maintenance but this Spot! The gentleman were so kind, caring, considerate, and for the oil change done in a timely manner. They treated me with respect and actually put a smile on my face for the first time that day! Prices are very fair, quality work, trustworthy people and great customer service. I would highly recommend this place to any of my friends, family and the community!

Went for an oil change. Very efficient and didn't try to upsell. Just told me when I would need additional services and how much they would cost.

I have frequented this establishment many times. I came in yesterday for a oil change and radiator service prior to the thanksgiving holiday travel plans. This morning I was on my way to work and suddenly I hear a LOUD scraping and grinding under my vehicle. I get to an area where I can safely pull over. I discover that the engine guard that has to be removed for my oil change is hanging and caught under my car dragging. It was completely destroyed. I get it removed by a mechanic and immediately returned to Valvoline. The manager looked at the video of the employee doing a jacked up job when replacing the plate. Not attaching it correctly. The manager ordered a new replacement plate. If myself and my family would've been on the road and something major would've happened that would have been a major problem. Bad business all the way around... I won't be coming here again. The manager was very professional but the rest of the staff was very unprofessional and could care less about what happened and it was their fault. COMPLETE TRASH!!!!
