I asked them to check the windshield wiper fluid. They said that they did but my low wiper fluid light came on when I started to leave. I mentioned it and they checked it and said it was full. When I got home, I put 1 gallon of fluid in the chamber. IT WASNT FULL.

The pricing of everything could have been better explained or broken down before we pulled into the service bay. We came by the first time and the line was too long so we came back 2 hours later. The first time we came by we told them we wanted oil change and tires rotated. When we came back they said we could not get the tires rotated because they didn’t have the “pucks” for the lift. Then when we were leaving they had charged us and replaced the air filter without us telling them to do so. Two screws were lost and oil was not cleaned up on the oil filter access panel underneath the vehicle.
