Overall, an oil change is an oil change. However, when the staff removes the gomets from the protective guards under the vehicle, they should put them back. On this visit they removed 2 gromets to gain access to the vehicle and failed to replace them causing me issues later on. I was disappointed in this lack of attention to detail.
