Been going to smokey pt location for a few years now. Always had good service. This time seemed exceptional tho. Parked in line and an employee immediately came out to greet me and let me know an estimated wait time. Quick wait for me. Both bays were full but almost finished. Pulled me into the bay and began service. I liked they call out to customers and each other each step. Both in the mechanical and the safety equipment checks, makes me more confident they’re doing a thorough job. All in all great service, friendly staff, and excellent price (I had a coupon too). Job well done! Keep up the good work.

The staff spent quite a while trying to figure out which air filter my car needed and whether they had it in stock. In the end, they did not. Also, the price for an oil change is too high, though I didn't mark the value question as "unsatisfied" because I hate working on my car and might still go to have it done at Valvoline rather than doing it myself, even knowing the price.
