After less than a 5 minute wait, I was approached by polite and professional staff. Once they scanned my car, I was guided into the garage and my oil change commenced. As a question asker, I am super curious about things and every question was answered and I learned a lot. This service was quick and efficient. My prior patronage was acknowledged by asking if I would like the same oil I previously used. I only have high praise for my team, Jeremy manager, Griffin and Grant in the pit! The team was super efficient and knowledgable and ran like, a well oiled machine!

This location is usually my go to spot for oil changes and after this last weekend, I am unlikely to come back. I got my oil changed and engine air filter replaced on Sunday. They “added” air to my tires but I was at another shop within an hour and my tires were only at 30. But that’s not it, that’s not a huge deal. I left and within 7 minutes of driving I had a check engine light come on so I stopped by oreilys to run the diagnostic code and it was showing as something with the air box housing. When I got home I popped my hood open and realized they only secured 2/4 screws for my air filter housing, and 1 was completely missing. The mechanics did not bother to replace or secure the box completely at all or have the decency to tell me they lost a bolt. This was extremely frustrating for one because I’ve never had a check engine light on so that was alarming. For 2, it caused stalling in my car that could have easily caused an accident. Do better Valvoline. I will not be back. I can’t trust their mechanics to simply put bolts back in, how can I trust them with anything else on my car?!
