Waiting in the bay for almost an hour, getting cooked by the heaters, rude staff, more interested in bitching at people who are late for work than actually doing their job. When I did ask why it was taking so long they told me it was because the vehicle next to me that came in after me had a bad drain plug. Only when I asked why is that a problem for me and my truck did they finally get back to working on my truck. Simple oil change and fuel filter change. Shouldnu2019t take more than 15 min!

the attending service agent told me my Group On was already used. I had just bought the 25% off Group On 3 days prior. After further investigation with the service attendant it appeared that the voucher was for Florida and I live in Washington state. I paid $74.99 for a full synthetic oil change and the attendant said I needed to pay the full price. I told him that I wasn't paying twice for one oil change. The attendant seemed to mill around the shop and assist the techs in the stall next to mine. He came back tried to explain everything and it sounded like a big fat scam. So, I left before I was further impeded. I left to go home and get my bank statement to show I had paid for the Group On discount. As I was pulling out, another service attendant rushed my car, tried to open the passenger door which was locked, then proceeded to get ahead of me as I was pulling out. I came back with the voucher and the bank statement. I also asked who was it that rushed me and the attendant volunteered himself and I told him that was a stupid move on his part. That attendant had called me when I left and wouldn't stop talking over me. I told him STFU when I couldn't get edgewise.

Tried to replace two lights, one headlight and one break light. While the headlight I had was an LED, and yall do not carrry it, I understand. But the breaklight wasnt changed as the guy couldnt get the fixture open. I wasnt charged, nor am I upset, just wish those things could have been taken care of that day. Love coming here for oil changes! super fast and informative on my vehicle's needs. Thanks yall!
