My driver’s side headlight has been out for a few weeks and during the light check, they said my lights were good. I had to point out my headlight. They didn’t offer to change it. When I asked if they could change it, they took my bulb out then were out of replacement bulbs. When I arrived there was a car in the bay in front of me, always being worked on. I waited 55 minutes for my turn. That seemed excessive and I always go to Valvoline, it never takes that long for one car
