I was told that my front turning signal could be changed by two employees so I decided to get my oil changed as well but would have gone somewhere that does blinker changes if I knew that you didnt change blinkers. Fluids were not checked, no new reminder sticker was added. When I got into the shop after waiting 2 hours in line, they did not communicate anything and went ahead and changed my oil and gave me the receipt. I noticed that there was no turning signal fee and when I asked about it, they said they don't do them because it's too busy (even though two other employees told me they do while in line). It's extremely scummy to not do what I came in for and then not tell me you can't do it until after you do the other work (2 hours later) so that I'm trapped into paying for the oil change (that wasn't even done completely) and can't decide to skip the service.

Unfortunately, I picked a day that was super busy, that was not the issue. I felt that I didn't get the normal attention that I normally do, such as checking my lights, making sure the tire pressure was good, those things I have come to expect from your organization. I just felt I was a number and the faster my oil is changed the faster they can get to the next person.
