Blaine was excellent and took the time to show me how to change my wiper blade so I would be able to do it myself since they did not carry the blade I needed. On two previous oil changes ago, I was informed by the manager at the Valvoline, that somebody during the the previous oil change to the one that was receiving at the time overtightend the oil drain plug. I was thankful that the manager drew my attention to this, and if any leaks appear in the future, I will ask to have A new copper washer attached to the drain plug if they are not already doing so.
