We pulled up. They started siphoning the oil through the oil fill hole, which does not completely get all the oil out as they only pulled out 3 quarts not 5, they started changing air filters, We did not ask for filters, They didn't even ask what kind of oil or service we wanted, They assumed we were gonna go with synthetic, synthetic blend is just as good as synthetic, ask your dealer, customer service is terrible, The lady was very rude and act like she knew everything as to the questions I have asked because my career of thirty years as a journeyman maintenance mechanic, I know my cars. Only reason for this is it needed to be done And we were pressured for time as we just moved, won't be back ever. We did get a discount twenty dollar Never go here without a discount cause thiers always discounts online. They also did not wipe their greasy fingerprints off the hood.
