Both of the young service people were friendly, polite, engaging, knowledgeable, and they both were a joy to work with. This is the first time I've gone the the Bonney Lake, WA location. I had in the past gone to the Sumner, WA location and while they were good enough, things were not up to par and often times I would have to return for the tech to replace the access panel on my car. These two young service people were very attuned to the oil change process and I will never go back to the Sumner location again, just because I felt listened to, my questions were answered promptly, and the customer service was second to none. This was the best experience I've had recently when having my oil changed. I very much felt like a valued customer. Hats off to my two service people. Their names are Grace, Garrett top side and Alan bottom side.
