The only services offered by the staff were my lights getting checked and the oil change. I had to request that my tire pressure be checked and reset to factory, and likewised had to request that my air filter be checked (I would have replaced it but they didn't have one in stock). I'm used to having all of those services provided, along with checking the vehicle fluids (washer, radiator, etc.) as a baseline. Maybe those were checked, but nothing was said to me. I also was not given a rundown of other services needed (presently or in the near future). I know my vehicle is newer, but some communication about the overall condition of my vehicle based on the services Valvoline provides (which is pretty customary with these experiences) would have been nice.

At previous services I was recommended to get a transmission service done. It would be quick easy and cheaper than the dealerships. I went in wait led for my turn asked for the service. They were shocked when I asked for it. Then sat in the bay for 30 minutes just be told they didnu2019t have the correct wrench size to do the service. So I drove 20 min to get there, sat for less than 10 for my turn, then 30 to be told no, and 20 min back home. 1 hr 20 min of my time for NOTHING!!! Then the encourages me to drive another 15 min minimum to another location. Not knowing if they have the tool. I drive a 2017 Ford Explorer. Nothing unique!! This was ridiculous! Unhappy!!
