For the amount of staff on duty, it took over 2 hrs for a an oul change and a radiator flush, we only had to wait for a few min in line before making it into the bay. And it wasn’t that busy when we showed up. Granted, i will give them credit since the power did trip while we were there, which slowed them down a bit, but they did handle that situation well.

The line that is placed in the oil dipstick was not placed in correctly and thus reduced the amount of oil that was being pumped out.A conscience topside worker named Sarah noticed this, inserted the device correctly and the oil was extracted at a quick rate.I know and realize that they were busy today, but paying attention to detail is of the utmost importance.The big boss came by and I believe was a distraction. He needed to be patient and wait for an available time to talk with his manager instead of interjecting comments and questions.

The sign clearly said no smoking and no vaping. But i notice 2 people are vaping while at work, very unprofessional. The service is quite slow when there's only 1 vehicle in front of me. It didn't used to be this slow I've been going to this shop for many years and this last visit was the worst experience I had there.
