The line that is placed in the oil dipstick was not placed in correctly and thus reduced the amount of oil that was being pumped out.A conscience topside worker named Sarah noticed this, inserted the device correctly and the oil was extracted at a quick rate.I know and realize that they were busy today, but paying attention to detail is of the utmost importance.The big boss came by and I believe was a distraction. He needed to be patient and wait for an available time to talk with his manager instead of interjecting comments and questions.

The sign clearly said no smoking and no vaping. But i notice 2 people are vaping while at work, very unprofessional. The service is quite slow when there's only 1 vehicle in front of me. It didn't used to be this slow I've been going to this shop for many years and this last visit was the worst experience I had there.

I pulled into the waiting line of bay 2, no one else ahead of me in line. Was told to move to bay 1 waiting, no one else ahead of me in line. People pull into bay 2 and 3 waiting. 3 people who showed up after me were seen and completed before me. I finally asked if I could be moved into a different lane after the 2nd car who showed up after me was completed and was told my bay was wrapping up first... It didn't. Another car, in bay 2 finished and still knowing the problem let the next person in that line pull in. No one would have recognized the issue if I wouldn't have pointed it out and then upon knowing the issue still did nothing to make sure I was seen next. Once I finally got into the bay no apology was issued for making me wait a hour in the waiting zone before beginning to be seen. Totally unprofessional.

One of the team members drained my oil and only evac’d half of the oil. The team member asked the lead/supervisor for permission to fill my car and the supervisor noticed that the amount of oil removed seemed low. He mentioned it to the team member and asked some good learning questions. When the team member didn’t seem to understand what was happening, the supervisor reassigned him to another task and took over my oil change. The supervisor then hooked back up the pump and evac’d the other half of the oil. I appreciate the supervisor asking the right questions to ensure I was getting the appropriate service. He tried very hard to make it a learning opportunity and the team member just didn’t seem to get it. Overall, very happy with the other team members and the service that they provided.

They made me reverse my vehicle and let someone else in front of me when someone in front of me left. I like forward movement not reverse. The under car cameras were not working and the worker there said they have been out for awhile. I probably won’t be back until they fix those cameras. I had a very uneasy experience. High price for synthetic.
