I need to contact the store on an urgent matter but their, "Virtual Assistant" answers the phone so I cannot speak to a live person. This company is garbage.

Full review to come once corporate has had an opportunity to follow through on our absolutely horrendous experience this past week - for now I'll note extreme unprofessionalism by the staff and manager of this location including the manager threatening to call the police on me because the employee wanted to double charge my card for services due to a mistake he made. Manager is wildly unprofessional and lied to her area manager and customer service and told my partner that I "harassed, called, messaged and emailed her all day" yet I was on the phone with customer service to ensure my invoice transaction was processed correctly and if not I wanted to make payment over the phone and had not a moment to reach out to the store or manager directly. I am looking forward to Corporate listening to the phone call the manager made to ME. Wild
