They didn't gravity drain my oil via drain plug on the oil pan. They evacuated it via pump and didn't get all the old oil out. Then, when they went to fill it up, it was above the max fill line. The way that I noticed it was above the fill line was by experience and looking at the amount of oil they pulled out. When the woman brought my dip stick to show me how much was in there, it was evident she wiped it off at the high mark. When I was pulled forward to change my rear diff, I asked the attendant to check again because i thought it was high. And when he did it was about a quart over the max fill line. He then drained a quart out and called it a day. Good on him for staying cool and collected and realizing he had made a mistake, but I'm essentially running on a mix if old oil and new oil in my car. The right answer was to gravity drain and full it with new oil.

My only recommendation for improvement would be clarifying while someone would have to move their vehicle to allow someone else to move in front when both customers arrived at the same time.Other than that the service was excellent and I will continue to return for my other vehicles that regularly get oil changes done at this location.

There is one specific team members that should not be working on cars. During my last visit he attempted to refill the oil before all of the old oil was out. The manager had to take over to get all of the oil out. He then filled with too little oil, resulting in the manager having to correct it again. This time, he lost the oil cap for my vehicle forcing me to wait 20 minutes after the oil change was complete before I could leave. He never found it, the manager did. The manager is awesome. This employee, not so much.
