Ron, the manager, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I arrived first and was already waiting in my spot, but he expected me to let another customer who arrived before me go ahead. When I didn’t agree, Ron told me to leave. Instead of calmly explaining the situation or trying to resolve it professionally, he was disrespectful and dismissive. Very disappointing experience and not how I would expect a manager to treat a customer.

This location has been great until my visit yesterday. Erik was rude and did not complete the service that was requested. He marked things on the sheet that were not done and did not help with a problem that should have been noted on my account. All other experiences with this location have been great. I told him to do the transmission and it didn’t happen. I told him I had a free oil change and instead of being helpful and say he was unable to do it without authorization he was rude and acted like I was trying to make it up. Valvolene was great when the situation happened and the bottom cover fell off. But yesterday was terrible and when I said I would call corporate- he said good luck with that. Thankfully corporate was amazing and took care of it when they were open today. I will not let one rude person change my belief in this company.
