Giving 3k sticker all of a sudden when my car is good for 5k miles. Didn’t check lights or tires - I had to ask. Service is slipping.

Professional and friendly staff, good quality service. Usually relatively busy but they're efficient and get thru the cars. Was 4th in line when I arrived, but was done in about an hour. Of course they go through the regular sales routine for extra up sells, but they're not pushy about it. Have had seen a number of the same techs there over the last year plus, so that's nice to see some experienced regular employees.

The person in my hood I could overhear asking questions and remarking they’ve never seen certain things and then they wrote me a sticker for me to come get my oil changed in 7,000 miles. I think these people are inexperienced and don’t know what they’re doing.
