The person in my hood I could overhear asking questions and remarking they’ve never seen certain things and then they wrote me a sticker for me to come get my oil changed in 7,000 miles. I think these people are inexperienced and don’t know what they’re doing.

They lost screws on my engine skid plate after I begged them 3 times not to do it. Erick and Dylan were so destracted with trying to sell me stuff that they ignored my requests. I asked them again after the oil change was done about the screws and they said they put them back on. I noticed my skid plate hanging when I was 25 miles away from them. I came back and they asked me to wait behind the other cars. The reason I went to them so early in the first place was because I wanted to avoid a lot of waiting. I got mad, yelled at and left. I will never ever go to Valvoline Instant Oil Change again in my life, ever! I am done, you lost a customer forever. Bye!
