1.0 out of 5.0

Went to Valvoline for the first time in college place to get my oil changed. When I left there, something was hanging down from the front of my car. I realized they didn't put the skid plate back on my car therefore part of the front skid plate, separate pieces, was hanging down. Long story short, it took three separate trips to finally get them to put the skid plate back on. And then they charged me for windshield wiper replacement that I didn't ask for and weren't put on. Horrible experience and I'll never go to any valvolin ever again.
