I was told that my vehicle needed the rear differential fluid changed every 30,000 miles. It would be $109.99. I checked my owner's manual while my oil was being changed. My manual states that there is no required service of the rear differential. In other words, Ford says you do not need to replace the fully synthetic oil in the rear differential. They lie to customers in order to add services that are not needed/required. That is dishonest. I will no longer do business with them and I will file a consumer complaint with our State AG's office.

Came in to get oil changed. Fluid checked. Ended up getting my oil changed, but the lights and other checks they say they do were not checked.
