Service started great per usual but then all of sudden my technician went over to assist another technician with something and left me sitting there over 30 mins (I was in the bay all together for over an hour) without any communication. Even the manager (assuming he was in charge)who left and came back from lunch while I was in the bay, exclaimed that it was unacceptable for me to still be sitting in the bay. I'll be honest maybe this was just an off day for the crew cause usually they're amazing and I've never experienced anything like this before. I'm not posting this as a complaint but more of a learning moment. Like I said the lead technician there was very professional and apologetic.

Sat in the line for about an hour... Only two cars were ahead of me, Including the one that was already in the bay. Did not appreciate that extended wait time.
