Talk to me the driver, there was so much talking and chatter amongst the employees, which is great but talking to the driver of the vehicle that is up and being worked on should be first and foremost, then the employees can talk and chatter amongst themselves. Plus they should know the vehicle they are working on, I kept telling them that my truck was not a diesel.

Staff was u -trained on how to do an oil change on a 2022 Kia Rio. So no services were done. Very disappointing as I had to wait in line to find this information out. I appreciate the fact they told me and didnu2019t mess my car up. But disappointed due to lack of training. Suggested that I return during the week when the manager was there.

when I got there I was happy because there was an open bay so I thought I would be out fast. They had a new guy down changing the filter. At one point he actually used a torque wrench on my car!! I asked the guy in the bay WHY and he said he couldn't find the oil filter so he took off the plate that protects the oil pan to look there for it!!!! I was there for an hour!!! after about 45 minutes I asked them (there were 3 workers in the bay then) if someone would go down and help the guy because I didn't want to be there all day! it didn't take long after that. 3 cars went through the other bay while I was there!! They did not check my tire pressure either. Since I left there I feel like I need to take my car to have it checked somewhere else to make sure everything is ok. I have never had a problem or felt uneasy about my car after leaving there before but now I won't go back to that one.
