I had returned becauseI was trying to do my own oil change and last time I had visited the oil drain plug was put on too tightly. I called the central office and was told they contacted my local Valvoline in Ellensburg, WA and they said to come down with my own oil and filter and they will do the oil change for me free of charge. I was happy to hear the because all I wanted was for them to loosen the plug. Upon arrival it turned out they had not recieved any call from the central office in Kentucky. Woody, the shop manager took care of me anyways and I was really happy he honored the promise I recieved over the phone. The service was great, once everything was straightened out the service was quick. Thanks for trying to satisfy your customers.
