Removed my air filter and I agreed to have it changed. Then when they looked for the new filter did not have one! Should have checked before removing old one to be sure they had it. When they replaced old one apparently did it incorrectly because when I left engine sounded very throaty which it did not have when I brought it in. Drove car home (30 min) and sound never went away. Went and bought a new filter and replaced it myself. The throaty sound disappeared so obviously had something to do with how they reinstalled the old one. When I paid, they said their printer was broken so could not get a printed receipt! Said they would email if I wanted. Gave them my email which they repeated back to me. Never received an emailed receipt.
