The staff seemed unorganized and unprepared, spilling fluids over the engine and handing me a mileage sticker and showing me the dipstick twice. This lack of coordination and competence was concerning. Ensuring that staff are adequately trained, improving internal communication, and paying closer attention to detail would greatly enhance the service quality and overall customer experience. It’s so much cheaper and genuine than jiffy lube. I’m so glad a friend showed me valvoline. I recommend it to everyone. They are honest and helpful. Jiffy live was charging at least $50 more plus wanted to charge $5 to top off coolant. The staff was eager to help and top off my coolant to charge or questions asked.

I presented a coupon during my service, but I was told that they were not accepting any coupons because their barcode scanner was not functioning correctly. When I asked why it could not be manually entered in, I was told that the manager instructed his team to not accept any coupons. The poorly trained CSR did not apologize for the inconvenience, and basically had an uncaring attitude. He talked to Jesus, who I assumed was the manager, but Jesus didn't bother to come over to explain or apologize either. I specifically returned to this location because I had a coupon. But by the time I was informed that the 20% off coupon would not be honored, they had already begun the service. Luring customers to return by emailing coupons and then not honoring them is a horrible way to do business. I won't be returning to this location.
