In a moment of weakness I went to this valvoline as I had no spot to do my own oil. I guess its not common knowledge here that filters are supposed to be hand tight, not torqed with a filter wrench.... furthermore the fasteners for the wheel well liner are to be reused and not trashed as I was missing 3 or 4.
