Haven and matt were awesome. Matt and I connected chatting about my name and he asked if I had family overseas which was really kind and unexpected for an oil change place - then I pulled in and Haven and I chatted about why my car smelled like teriyaki (I had just inhaled panda express 🤣) This VIOC is out of my way but was on my way for errands and honestly this experience and havens professional casualness is definitely something ill be back for! Thanks Haven - ill say hi to Bruno Mars for you after I watch Hamilton 🤣🤣

The technician briefly checked my oil but basically just told me to buy some elsewhere, and his attention felt distracted. By contrast, at Valvoline, Jason was fantastic. From the moment I spoke to him, he was welcoming and professional. He listened to my concerns, inspected the oil, and even topped it off for me at no cost.
