⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I came in for an oil change, and the entire service took no more than 25 minutes! I also ended up needing a new air filter. I really appreciate Haven—he went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle had everything it needed and that I was taken care of. Thank you, Haven and the entire Valvoline team, for the fast, friendly, and excellent service. I’m a very happy customer and will definitely be returning!

I do not recommend this place at all. Shortly after the oil change, all of the oil leaked out all over the ground. Leaving my partner stranded where they were. Luckily, our family member is a mechanic and got out to assist them. The oil filter was double gasketed and the drain plug was overtightened causing the failure. We filed a claim for a refund and it was denied. Over $100 for an oil change and this is the service we get? This stuff is expensive and cars are too. They’re playing with our safety and won’t own up to making a mistake and paying back our hard earned money for a failed service. We could have been out of an engine and a car that we rely on to make money for these kinda of things. Imagine if this failed on the freeway with our child in the car. Avoid this place at all costs or you could be the next one stranded with a potential seized engine because of incompetence. We’ll be taking this to corporate valvoline and the Better Business Bureau. Don’t bother commenting on this with a lame customer service spiel. You guys had your chance to correct it but failed just like your service.
