I always have a great experience here. I had a coupon from another location (Maple Valley) that wasn't honored, BUT the technicians at this location still managed to get me a discount and a great service for my vehicle. Please be patient, the lines can get crazy long (my wait was 45 minutes-1 hour, which is common for that time of day) and they move as fast as possible while making SURE everything is correct on your vehicle. You'll appreciate the time they're taking when its your vehicle being inspected.
