While the cars were backed-up in the lot waiting for service, once in the staff was friendly, eager to help and was not pushy trying to over sell. I also needed a left head light bulb, I asked the tech the price and then asked how long to replace, his reply was 10 mins...it was less then that! I all ready told family members about my experience and Ill be taking my other cars there as well.
