The Federal Way Valvoline was great! There was a bit of a line but it moved quickly and they kept everyone updated. I also asked if theyu2019d be able to replace a headlamp for me, which the manager kindly looked in to and even watched a video to make sure heu2019d be able to do it. I was very happy that they took the time to look into it and ultimately did replace the bulb even though it slowed down the line a little. All the staff were so kind during the interaction and I felt they went above and beyond. It definitely made my day a little brighter and I couldnu2019t recommend that location more!
