First time at Valvoline and all i needed was an oil change. It was nice the staff provided other services however, when i arrived home and checked my front driver tire, it was flat. Major inconvenience to have to put a spare on and go to a tire shop. Won’t be returning to this company again.

On my visit my battery failed. First they came out and jumped so the car would start and enter the oil change area. They then, while taking are of my oil change, tested my battery and the test indicated marginal voltage. They ten informed me that they had batteries and quoted a very competitive price. I accepted the quote and they got right after it and replaced the battery in very fast order. I was really impressed by the total professionalism of the entire team. Buttoned up all and was on my way just like a NASCAR pit stop!!!

They didn’t have.my oil filter in stock and sent me to Riley’s Auto Parts to purchase one, then when service was complete I was told the oil change warning light had to be reset by the dealer. The whole purpose of getting a Valvoline oil change was to avoid going to the dealer. Had I been informed of this upfront I would have went to the dealer in the first place.

The lane left to me did 2oil changes and brought in its 3rd car before my oil change was done. There were two cars in the bay. I was next in the left lane and another car next in the right lane. That car went in and was leaving as i pulled into the bay. The car that pulled in seconds after me in that lane, received their oil change and left before me. I left once they started the services to car that pulled into that other lane. In all im unsure if i was on the training side or what. But to be second in line arriving at 1215pm and not leaving until 125/130pm is bizarre.
