Dude was super knowledgeable I wish I could remember his name, young guy named Blake or something like that with the pirate ship and evergreen tree tattoos. Super fun to joke around with while my rig was being worked on. The whole crew is full of great guys, we take our work rigs here so I took my personal vehicle in here as well. I appreciated how simple and quick the process was there and how personable the crew is. There's nothing worse than a strange silent type working on your vehicle you just can't trust guys like that to do a good job on something you take up into the mountains. 10/10 service and that's why we take our work and personal rigs to the Ferndale location.

Overall the experience was good however on my 4Runner TRD Pro, there is a WHITE skid plate that has to be removed and replaced during oil change. When I got home the White skid plate had black smudges, hand and finger prints all over it. Now I have to get degreaser and get under to clean it up. Frustrating
