The staff clearly explained other services. They were very efficient although the last time they serviced my car the knobs that secure the lid on my car fell off. Reason why I had to request this time to make sure they where placed properly. I could of lost the cover that protect the nut to change the oil. It was verified. I am hoping this time the knobs on the cover don't fall off.
