This used to be our family's regular spot to service multiple vehicles. Recently went in for a coolant flush and the attendant servicing my vehicle LOST THE CAP inside my engine space. They looked for *OVER AN HOUR* in addition to the expected service time. Obviously, I couldn't leave so I was stuck waiting until it was found. Would have crawled under myself if I'd been dressed for it. Thankfully, a kind and competent young man finally came over and found the cap within 2 minutes of looking... but there was a lot of attitude fron attendants and the manager when asked how they were going to make it right. The inevitable resolution to the situation (not void of attidude, mind you) was to offer me a $15 coupon for my next visit. That doesn't begin to cover the additional hour + I was sitting there disrupting the rest of my day and plans but fine, there was clearly nothing else anyone was willing to do. I stupidly returned a month later to service my vehicle for an oil change planning to use a coupon, as I always do. There is never NOT a coupon for at least $15 off either found online or received via text if you call in... and i was not told my "apology coupon" couldn't be stacked with a usual coupon... When I showed them my note for $15 off my next service due to the past issue, I was told I couldn't combine it with a standard coupon.ccThe manager was annoyed and incompetent when asked to help or explain how this was meant to help resolve the issue then. SO TELL ME: what was the point of the original "coupon"? I now see how much of a sneaky non-resolution that was, and how little they value their customers and their time. They may be semi-efficient most of the time... but if they make a mistake, don't expect them to value your time or make it right. They just want you to shrug it off and leave so they can be on to the next thing. After years and years of services, I won't be back. This experience, the attendants' and manager's attitudes, and the complete lack of valuing customers' time (when that's a pillar of their brand, supposedly) has me looking anywhere but here for services moving forward.
