We'd been to three other locations and the lines were long. When I pulled into this location, there was a car in each bay and the tech at the bay I pulled into motioned for me to pull into the next one as it was quicker. The staff was friendly, asked if I needed anything other than the oil change, helped me find the hood release latch (LOL), and were quick and courteous. I had to go back 2 days later because we noticed oil on the garage floor. Thankfully, it was only leftover oil residue from the initial change.

Let me start by saying the person that worked with me to check me in was very friendly.although while working on my jeep they were pre occupied with a conversation about PTO. Several times they walked away from the cars to stand outside and have a conversation. While changing the oil filter they walked outside to talk and vape. Overall it is not like it added double the time to do the oil change, but I shouldnu2019t have to wait for them to finish what they are doing to have them finish the job. When I got home and got out of my car there was oil hand prints on both the jeep fenders which I had to take time and clean with simple green. There was oil on the front edge of my hood as well. When I opened the hood there was oil on the radiator shroud. I understand oil changes are messy but the customer should not have to clean after you. The last thing was the engine cover cowling was not all the way snapped on and leaning off to the side. I appreciate the opportunity to give you feed back
